The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, with very friendly staff at the front desk. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and offer a nice view. The location is central, making it convenient to reach nearby restaurants and attractions, such as a museum within a 5-minute walk.

The breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh fruit, and the bed in the room was comfy and lovely.

The hotel was gorgeous, location was amazing close to most events, gorgeous breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed large room with central heating, a private safe, and pay TV. There was a bath, a plus for me. All of the staff were efficient, competent. My stay was such wonderful here.

Great hotel in downtown Atlanta. Stayed here for a work training, perfect location for walking to the HQ office. Staff was amazing, especially Tera at check-in. Rooms a bit dated but clean. Quick elevators, easy walk to park and aquarium. Would stay again!

During my transit in Atlanta, I found The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown - A DoubleTree by Hilton to be conveniently located just 200 meters from MARTA-Peachtree Center. This made it extremely easy for me to access public transportation and explore the city. the hotel's proximity to King Memorial, only 2.9 km away, was advantageous for accessing historical sites and landmarks.

I encountered a minor inconvenience during my stay as the sliding bathroom door in my room was broken, and I had difficulty closing it. Nevertheless, this did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience at the hotel.

Had nicely decorated and brand-new room with private bathroom and central heating, pay TV and a laptop-compatible safe. The bed was comfortable, the pool area was clean.

The room had lovely decorations and a nice view of the Olympic park. We could easily make coffee or tea, heat up some snacks in the microwave, and keep drinks cold in the fridge. 🌟

It's within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium, a mesmerizing underwater world that kept my kids entertained for hours, and The Children's Museum, a place filled with interactive exhibits that sparked their creativity. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit to these attractions. Additionally, the pool area was clean and inviting, offering a relaxing spot for families to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel provided more kid-friendly dining options. While the restaurant was pleasant, my kids wished for a wider selection of children's meals to choose from, making dining experiences more enjoyable for families.

The room was good-sized and functional and we had a lounge and it's own balcony.

Their staff were extremely rude.
